Problem statement

Many element distracts from all other elements and some are not run smoothly. In this we were facing confusing customer flows, failed usability or accessibility with cluttered or complicated UI makes unnecessary friction.

We are facing some issues in old UI interface. Low image quality, unclarity, incompatibility with mobile devices also remain typical interface bugs.

Challenge

A long list of documents is to be verified. Time and effort are required. Hectic and long process for parents and students. Not sure about the time it would take before the final approval. Colleges are linked with specific banks. Flexibility in terms of the loans which need to be customized to the requirements of the students and their respective courses.

Ability to get appropriate customer service during the repayment cycle. Ability to repay the loan from overseas.
Sometimes, parents, guardians, or whoever is initiating the loan on behalf of the student does not have a credit history. This makes it very difficult for the bank to understand the creditworthiness of the individual.

Solution

An effective app design should fulfil its intended function by conveying its particular message whilst simultaneously engaging the visitor.

Several factors such as consistency, speed of loan origination process, smoothing the loan process, divergent regulations, cost effectiveness, colors, typography, imagery, simplicity, and functionality contribute to good website design.
